Why Choose the PSP 1000 Laminated Edition?
• Eliminates the original screen flaws: The new laminated panel completely transforms the visuals, replacing the washed-out contrast and heavy motion blur of the 2005 factory panel with a vibrant, modern display
• Massive 128GB modern storage bank entirely replaces small, slow, and expensive original memory sticks
• Driven by a high-grade Ostent battery, widely recognised by the retro handheld community as the premier replacement cell for true capacity and stability
• Built, configured, and double-checked by retro hardware specialists for total reliability
⚠️ The Laminated IPS Difference (Read Before Buying Cheap Flips)
Most refurbished PSP 1000s on the market use cheap aftermarket shells with terrible plastic screen windows that trap dust underneath and look washed out.
This console preserves the heavy-duty, premium feel of the original factory stock housing but upgrades the internal display to a modern Laminated IPS Panel. The screen is fused directly to the lens—meaning zero motion blur, double the brightness, perfect viewing angles, and absolutely zero dust trapped inside the screen gap forever.
