Returns

We accept returns in line with UK consumer law.

Your right to cancel

You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your return is approved, you must send the item back within 14 days.

Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• the item must be returned in the same condition it was received
• it must include all original parts and accessories

Refunds will be issued once the device has been received and inspected.

Custom-built items

Custom-built or made-to-order devices are non-returnable, unless the item is faulty.

Return shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• If the item is faulty, we will cover the return shipping cost

Faulty items

If your device arrives faulty or develops a fault, please contact us and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
